Customer service was phenomenal! My item was shipped and arrived at the post office quickly.  After checking it in at the post office, it never made it to my po box*. After waiting 3-4 days I contacted the company.  They responded within a hour offering to  start an investigation with the post office. The person responding was friendly and courteous.  While it was being looked into I placed another order and received it in about 4 days.  I will definitely be shopping again!!

The post office put it in the wrong box and it took them over a week to get it back to the post office.
