How do I return an item?
Return Policy - Retail Site (Single Skein Purchases)
This
is a ministry based company and we are here to help those who are less
fortunate than us. We do not make big profits on our items, because it
is not about the money, but the purpose. We want to spread God's
Blessings to the world in an effort to make a difference. Because of
this, we will gladly issue a refund within 15 days of receipt for the
cost of the merchandise only. All return shipping fees are at the customer's expense.
If a product is returned because it is defective, we will gladly issue a full refund or replacement.
Manufacturers Return Policy...
If there is any defect with the items you buy, another one will be sent to you immediately with no cost to you.
If you are unhappy
with the items you have purchased, you may return it withing 15 days of purchase.
It will have to be shipped back to the manufacturer in Turkey. We can
either refund or send another item you select. Shipping fees are not refundable.
